Wax resist is pretty fun to do. I melted some candle wax and used a fine brush to paint the lines of my drawing. After the paint dried it felt good to scrape the wax away to reveal the image. That’s my little gingerbread boy playing in the snow. ~Despina

You might find it easier to iron the wax away. Cover the picture with a few layer of newspaper and then iron with a hot iron. Keep changing the newsprint until the newsprint is clean.
