Woke up at 7:30 am on Saturday morning to the sound of 1970s disco and 1980s pop music coming through our windows. We ran outside to catch a race down 34th Avenue, to benefit the victims of the fire that occurred earlier this year in Jackson Heights. The community spirit is alive and well in this part of New York City!
