Nothing beats the freedom and exhilaration of studying my craft through life drawing. Both as a practicing artist myself and as an educator of young artists, I find that drawing from life is one of the best ways to discover new possibilities of expression and passion in your work. It’s also one of the most enjoyable ways to spend time, I find, and the reason I got into art to begin with.
