Our Fundraiser for the victims of Hurricane Sandy in New York and New Jersey has begun. For my contribution, I’ve selected a drawing a made at the South Street Seaport in NYC. On the day I was drawing the famous Peking there were countless people working on it. I chose this image because of how symbolic it is for these moments where people need each other and work together. A ship cannot make it through rough waters without a dedicated crew. ~Despina
