Squeezing in those last days of summer at New York’s Central Park, by the Bethesda Fountain. The angel of the fountain looms large in the hearts of New Yorkers! I was able to spend a lovely day at the park with Studio 1482’s Margaret Hurst and Liz Steel, an urban sketcher from Australia. What a beautiful day to be in the city. I love New York in August because so many people are out at the beach that there is plenty of room for those of us hanging out here. You can even get a seat on the subway!
