I happened to be in Union Square on Sunday, August 9th. It was the one year anniversary of the black, unarmed teenager Michael Brown’s death in Ferguson, Missouri. A group gathered to talk about the death and the death of many others involving the police. The man on the left in the drawing lost two of his sons to death involving the police. There will be a national march in NYC on Saturday, October 24.
