I had other thoughts as this day was ending, but then I read Veronica’s post from yesterday and thought to myself “should it ever be too late to say Happy New Year?” At least not in January. What led me to this spot, the place I stand at this very moment, is a long and winding path that I am forever thankful for, regardless of any pain and suffering along the way. As we journey into 2022 I hope that we cross paths in some wild and beautiful landscape, and see beyond our expectations.
