Jackson Heights, Queens, is home to a large Colombian population, so it only makes sense that we have our own Desfile de Silleteros (Flower Grower’s Parade) here in the neighborhood. Tonight at Travers Park the winning flower displays were standing, ready to be admired by the diverse residents of the most diverse neighborhood in the USA.
