Japanese Lady, drawn and filtered

When at Epcot drawing one day I went to Japan, the pavilion, not the real deal! I love that pavilion. Some Japanese ladies came out into the open area in front in their kimonos and with their beautiful hairdos and makeup. This is one of those ladies. She has been put through a few filters…
