thumbnail lottery
Friday, June 29th, 2012I picked a random page from my notebook of recent days. For fun. And this is the lucky thumbnail drawing. It’s not a snowman is all I will say. ~Despina

Couple
Thursday, June 28th, 2012I drew these two in lower Manhattan 2 years ago. They seemed to be studying for an exam or something, but I couldn’t help thinking that the poor guy was so in love with her and she had no idea.

Friday, June 22nd, 2012I think our son is slightly “double-jointed”, and when he plays on the keyboard I love to watch his curly fingers fluttering away, tickling those ivories and my fancy too! ~Despina

Henri’s Reserve

View from Lou’s
Thursday, June 14th, 2012I spent a week in Chicago last month and had no time to make drawings…except for this one, while I was eating deep dish pizza at Lou Malnati’s. I loved Chicago and would go back in a heartbeat!
Michele’s garden
Wednesday, June 13th, 2012
Last week I posted a small drawing inspired by Chagall I drew in my garden . Thought it’d be fun to share another one. If you look closely you’ll see I used watercolors, colored pencil, and a digital pencil. I invite you to try it, it’s one of those things you can just feel your way thru. I’d love to see it. Have a creative day! - Michele

The Enterprise
Sunday, June 10th, 2012Last Wednesday I did a reportage of the Enterprise Space Shuttle being transported to its new home on the flight deck of the Intrepid, on the Hudson River in New York. It was so exciting to be there for such a historic moment! I’ll be posting the whole series on my blog later this week for anyone who is interested to see them. Posted by Veronica
