    Welcome back! I assume your “boot camp” went well and that you made many converts. Great painting of the flowers and it seems quite different than your other work, but I really enjoy the freedom and atmosphere of the result.     Thanks for your comments all! Painting flowers is one of those summer joys that I”ll think back on in February…

    Frank – yes, the ‘boot camp’ went very well – a lot of good drawings were made!
